Opt-in to the PTA Communications

All parents and guardians must opt-in each year (for each APS student) in order to be sure they receive PTA communications this year. This is the primary way the PTA reaches out to families about fun programming and important school and county issues.
 

Action Required:

• Go to APS ParentVUE and login with your User Name and Password.*
• Opt-in to share your information with the PTA
• For each of your APS students, select Student Info. 
• Under Release of Student Information 1: PTA Directory Information, select ‘Yes, Please provide my student/family information’ to be included in the PTA Directory. 

*Note to First Time Users of APS ParentVUE: If you need your individual activation code, please contact the Tuckahoe Front Office at

Military and U.S. Department of State Foreign Service Families 

Moving and returning stateside presents many new opportunities and challenges for families joining a new school community. If you would like to connect with other Military and Foreign Service families; ask questions about Tuckahoe; seek support or just need someone to help point you in the right direction please fill out the Tuckahoe New Family Buddy google form and indicate your affiliation.

• Extended Day - If you need childcare before or after school, register for Extended Day through APS. 
• Meals - Set up an account with MySchool Bucks to make it easy for your child to buy lunch; the school menu is available online. 
• Everyday Fundraising- Link up your grocery store rewards program for a free, easy way to help raise money for Tuckahoe. 
• News and Announcements - Visit the communications page to review and bookmark more key sites you will use throughout the school year.
