Can my High School student volunteer to help and receive volunteer hours?
YES! We love the help and are happy to invite responsible high school students to sign up through the sign up genius. They will need to check in with Rachel Ifft to ensure she can sign off on their hours.
What time is the event?
Harvest Fest will run from 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Can I drop my child off?
No. All children should be accompanied by an adult.
What will the lighting be like?
The parking lot is lit, but is still dim in a few areas. We will be bringing in some more lights, but please consider bringing a flashlight or lantern if you plan to walk to the event as it will be dark by the time you leave.

Will there be a chill zone?
Yes. There will be a Chill Zone set up by Tuckahoe’s Equity Team in the friendship garden at the front of the school. It will be a calm space provided for students and families to take a break. Coloring pages, books, and sensory bins.
Can we use the school bathrooms?
Yes. There will be one hallway open for single stall restroom use. There will be hall monitors present. Please do not go anywhere in the school building other than the front hallways restrooms.
What should I wear?
Students and families are invited to wear costumes at this event.
What does it cost to attend?
We encourage everyone to please make a minimum family $10 donation the night of the event! Cash and card are accepted. Please bring cash if you plan to participate in the cake walk.
Cake walk is $1 per turn cash only
Concession items are $1 each
Pizza by the slice $2 per slice
It is possible to enjoy the evening without spending any money at all.
