County Council PTA (CCPTA)

The County Council of PTAs (CCPTA) is made up of PTAs from across Arlington County. It is a forum to discuss issues being considered at the County level and an opportunity for PTAs to work collaboratively. Our volunteer liaisons attend meetings in order to keep us informed and to reflect back Tuckahoe PTA's views on issues being considered back to CCPTA.

In addition, CCPTA helps PTAs at schools across the county with funding for projects, activities and teacher grants to ensure equality and equity in academic experiences and opportunities. Tuckahoe's PTA is an active donor and participant in this collaboration initiative.
